I can’t recommend Intero Chiropractic enough! They were incredibly nice, helpful, and compassionate from the moment I walked in. They took the time to truly understand my pain and situation, my back had gone out on me, and provided a thorough and deep evaluation to get to the root of the problem.

I actually went to another chiropractor just yesterday whose business model felt like a quick check in, check-out process, making me feel like just another number. That’s why I didn’t return and instead came to Intero Chiropractic, recommended by a close friend.

I just completed a nearly four month chiropractic care program with Dr Megan. I’ll admit the initial consultation was informative with the added sales pitch, but there’s no way around it if your goal and priority is to get your health back on track. It is an expensive investment no question about it but it has made a huge difference in my posture and freedom of movement. Dr Megan is very precise with her adjustments so that each session is an improvement from the previous one. It’s definitely worth it in the long run if you stay committed to your body and health. Now that that I have completed the package, I can now just go for monthly maintenance. I’m very pleased with my results and highly recommend Dr Megan as your chiropractor!

I am 71 years old and have had lower back pain for as long as I can remember. The pain would ease for a while, but it always came back. When it became frequent and unbearable, I went to see my doctor. He ordered an MRI, and the conclusion was “age-related degeneration.” No treatment was offered.

Someone recommended Jerry’s Chiropractic. I had never tried chiropractic care before and was very skeptical, especially about spinal adjustments involving force. But since my doctor didn’t have any solutions, I decided to give it a try.

At my first visit, they took X-rays of my entire spine. It was the first time I had ever seen what was actually going on. My lower back clearly had problems, and my neck alignment explained long-standing issues like my left shoulder sitting lower. This diagnostic process felt much more concrete and evidence-based than what I had experienced before. I was told they would take X-rays again at the end to compare the results.

I started treatment when my back pain was quite severe. After the first adjustment, I felt immediate relief, which honestly surprised me. The next day I had significant soreness and worried things might be getting worse, but that soreness went away within a couple of days. The back pain itself continued to improve. After a few sessions, the post-treatment soreness became milder, and my overall condition steadily improved.

By the end of the treatment course, my back pain was gone. We took another set of X-rays, and even to my untrained eye, the alignment of my spine had clearly improved. It wasn’t just how I felt—there was visible evidence.

It has now been seven months, and my long-term back pain has not returned, even when I put my back under physical stress. In the past, the pain always came back. This time it hasn’t, and it has made a real difference in my quality of life.

Absolutely love how accommodating and knowledgeable the staff is at this location. Dr.Zak has made sure to keep me informed as to what adjustments and changes are needed to get rid of the day to day pains I develop through the work week he’s the man !!! Can’t stress enough how considerate staff is I find myself rescheduling often due to the nature of my job and I’m always spoken to professionally and politely which is appreciated. If you are considering this location I say go for it you won’t be disappointed.

Love this place. I’ve been coming for about a couple years now. They helped me a ton with my feet numbness and feels good just coming and talking with the doc. Pretty impressed with what they can tell with their readings. Once, doctor asked if I had some issues with urination, and I was like yea I have been. Of course one session doesn’t fix everything, but it’s good to k ow what’s going on with your body. I’m sure if you had more complicated issues, you may experience greater feelings of gain. They run a tight ship, so they strictly adhere to their 15 minute rule which I appreciate and hate at the same time. I drove all the way there and called early to let them know I was running late due to traffic, but they couldn’t work things out. I got there and they said I had to reschedule. Not the best experience, but forgiven since my session got rescheduled quick and they’ve been great for almost everything else. Rescheduling is simple through the app that they use. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes to actually see your doctor from the appointed time, but doctor still answers all the questions you have and gives you a good adjustment. Highly recommended!

Dr. Zak is amazing! He really listens patiently and takes the time to understand what’s going on. Super professional and his diagnosis has always been spot on. I love how encouraging he is—it makes the whole experience so much better. Also, huge plus—he’s been incredibly accommodating with my million rescheduled appointments (thank you for that!). Couldn't recommend him enough.

The service at Intero is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service from everyone on any given day of many appointments I've had thus far. What can I say about Intero Chiropractic? They truly changed my life since I first moved to Livermore in 2018.

I've been working out since 2010, and around 2015 or 2016, I began experiencing lower back issues. I sought help from various places, but most treatments felt generic and not tailored to my specific needs. That all changed when I found Intero and the Gonstead method. They accurately diagnosed my issues and treated them with care and precision.

My journey started with Dr. Jerry, the man, the myth, the legend. Later, during the pandemic, I had to move but returned to care with Dr. Megan, who was equally incredible. After another move for work, I'm now back and currently seeing Dr. Zak, who has also been amazing.

A special thank you to Ronnie (or Ronny--apologies if I got the spelling wrong) for always greeting everyone with a smile and being super helpful with scheduling.

I’ve been suffering from lower back pain for many years. I’ve seen many practitioners and although the sessions felt ok the pain was never relieved. I am grateful to have been introduced to Intero Chiropractor and to have Dr. Zach as my chiropractor. He provides genuine care with precision to promote permanent results that none of the previous practitioners combined could do for me. Aside from the physical treatment there is education about the causes vs symptoms and corrective information to be learned so I can be aware of “bad habits” that have been contributing to the problem causing pain. Heard about Intero through ads on social media. Been suffering from sciatica since Oct 2023 and the physical therapy I was getting from my hospital just wasn’t working. Been using a cane since Jan 2024 and couldn’t walk very far without it. Suffered a severe sciatica attack in Sep 2024 which left me bedridden for 2 weeks. Got a steroid shot in the back which only masked the pain and didn’t do anything for the source of the pain. Long story short, finally caved in to my wife’s nagging and contacted Intero. Why them? I liked what I saw on their ads and on their website. Went in and answered their questions, had a series of X-ray’s taken and went back in a few days later. When they showed me the x-rays stitched together, I saw how really crooked my spine was and that my pelvis was rotated. That’s more than likely the source of my sciatica pain. Had a bulging disc in Sep 2024. They turned me over to the capable hands of Dr. Zach who, since Feb 2025 has done a remarkable job on working to get my spine back into shape. Not only does he “crack my neck, back and spine”, but he explains what he’s doing and why. Since I’ve progressed he’s also given me exercises to do to help support the corrections he’s doing. But going back to the first time I went there, they explained to me what was wrong with my spine and how they were going to help fix this in a series of appointments. Definitely not a one-stop bone cracking place. They actually care about their patients and want the best for us. Anyway, if you’re looking for a good chiropractor, check out Intero and ask for Dr Zach. He’s the best! My wife is also seeing him for her chiropractic needs.

I was in so much pain for months to the point that I can't even put my socks on and 10 yards walking was painful.  My primary doctor told me artificial hip replacement and med injection are the only choices that will no doubt be painful following years of recovery and complications. I went to Intero Chiropractic, they did a full diagnosis and found the root cause. On the first treatment, Dr. Zak took out that stabbing knee pain and it did not come back, with only a week of the treatment, 80% of the body ache and pains are gone! I am very happy with their treatments,  Intero Chiropractic is definitely recommended!

The first month I didn’t really feel a difference. I am now on my 3rd month and the tension and stiffness in my neck, back and lower back is gone. I am sleeping through the night and no pain keeping me up. Dr. Zac also worked on my knee pain and my hip pain I feel like a new man. Dr. Zac gets 2 👍🏼👍🏼. The staff is wonderful and very supportive. I signed up with Intero Chiropractic after watching one of their videos online. I had been experiencing back pain on and off for fifteen years, with serious debilitating pain about 8 years ago that never quite resolved. Although feeling better the last few years I was still experiencing bouts of pain that could last several days to weeks. Getting older, my concern was that I might become immobile as I aged, so I decided to bite the bullet and get serious. Starting with spinal alignment seemed the obvious choice. My initial consult was thorough to include x-rays, pain assessments and inflammation measurements. Intero’s system offers a plan of care that made sense for my needs and I decided to go all in.
My first visit with Dr. Andrew actually surprised me with my first neck adjustment. I felt a plume of energy that extended my neck upward and the relief was immediate. I was there for low back pain causing me to walk funny, and here I am headache-free since that first appointment. I have improved steadily week by week and am very pleased with my results.
Intero Chiropractic has been professional throughout, and forgiving with the occasional schedule changes and no-shows due to traffic or unexpected overtime at work. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is considering the health of their spine for overall health. My experience has been stellar.
