Been experiencing back pain for probably longer than I realized but it’s been few years. After trying stretches and other chiropractors without real results and unaware of the specifics I felt I was battling this blindly and it was becoming more painful to go on with day to day tasks which created a fear of becoming codependent on others for the mundane things. After discussing this matter with family my brother suggested a full assessment to gain clarity. This would provide a sense of direction and Dr. Jared has help navigate my concerns while also providing focus on overall step by step of my treatment. So far following his guidance has helped through to reaching the goal of better range of motion while also lessening the nerve pain/inflammation. My sleep is improving and tasks are becoming easier to manage all while it’s only been a month. I look forward to finishing up with great improvements based on where I am at.

The facility is nice and clean and with on-site x-ray to speed up the diagnostic. Jared is very nice and friendly and most importantly helped a lot with my neck and lower back pain.

Dr. Jared has been exceptional. He truly listens to my concerns, takes the time to address them thoroughly, and makes me feel heard and supported. I’ve noticed a huge difference in both the quality of care and how I feel overall since seeing him. His attention to detail and genuine concern set him apart. If it were possible, I would give him more than five stars. Highly recommend.

I am currently treated by Dr.Andrew here in Fremont branch. I am so much relieved from the pain that I was having for weeks during my first two visits. Dr.Andrew is very knowledgeable and listens patiently to the problems and does the treatment accordingly. I really like the way how Intero Chiropractic works.

I'm not one to post personal information; however, this is an exception. Since the age of 7 years, I have suffered debilitating migraine headaches. I have exhausted all options from a hospital/ medical clinic stand point from- prophylactic prescription meds, an array of painkillers, & Botox injections - nothing worked to resolve my attacks (average 3 - 5 attacks per week). Since my first week of adjustments, I have not had a migraine. Nearing 60 years of age the journey of direct personal care from Intero Chiropractic has improved my quality of life.

You don’t come here just for the cracking sound. Andrew took care of the mistakes I have made to my body and put me back on track. Paying a good amount of money will not heal you, it takes effort from patients as well, so your adjusted joints will not go awry again.

I have been seeing Dr. Andrew for a couple months now and my quality of life has improved so much. I use to get headaches every week and self cracked my neck for relief. Ever since starting my care with Dr. Andrew I’ve only experience a headache once. Dr. Andrew and Emily take their time listening to your goals and giving you realistic expectations from their chiropractic care. There is work to be done at home to ensure the adjustments will stay. Don’t think it’s a quick fix solution cause you will need to put in work to ensure proper spinal care. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Andrew definitely helped me with my back pain. He definitely knowledgeable and friendly with all his patients.
I will say their hours can be limited and did not really work with my schedule. If they had traditional operating hours I would have given them 5 stars.

I've been going to Intero Chiropractic due to pain and discomfort on the right side of my lower back and hip. It's been this way for years. I could be sitting or standing doing nothing and I would feel pain.

I've tried several things to help remedy my pain, including seeing a chiropractor but nothing seemed to help.

I was skeptical about trying Intero, but after seeing videos on Facebook and also my own research, I decided to take the pain test. That was the beginning. I wasn't convinced this would be my answer after all these years and also after trying chiropractic treatment before.

After my first few adjustments, I started feeling better. I went up and down at first, but have since stabilized.

I am about a month and a half into my adjustments, I can stand/sit not doing anything, and I feel no pain or discomfort.

The technique Intero uses works for me, whereas every thing else I've tried did not. If you've ever thought of trying seeing a chiropractor, I highly recommend Intero Chiropractic.

It’s been almost 2 months of treatment and so far I felt huge improvement on my neck. We’re still working on my lower back and I’m hoping to see that follow along as well.

Wonderful staff! I have had Dr. Michael and Dr. Andrew, both are excellent in listening to me and what is going on with different issues. I like how they have a care plan for you, take xrays and have goals for each week. Great experience all the way around!

I’ve been suffering from chronic back/neck/hip pain for several years with an off and on pain attack but lately it got so intense that I tried almost everything to alleviate my pain inclng P.T., Accupuncture, chiropractor, massage therapy and pain strong relievers but to no avail. As I was one day in agony of severe pain I searched the web for the best chiropractor near me. Of course tons of info showed up but Intero caught my eyes and after reading all the positive reviews I made an appmt at their San Mateo office. From the first day I stepped in that office from the Assistant Emily I was given a very warm, jolly and kind reception and met Dr. Andrew and he did a thorough digital-xrays of my spine and nerve condition and presented the treatment plan for my condition. From the first appmt with Dr Andrew I gained my trust and confidence in him to make the needed adjustments as he is so strong but gentle and very knowledgeable for the right move. After 3 treatments I was able to walk without support, stand up from car/bed without help and felt like a new body in me that I thought I will be unable to move freely as I used too. Thank you Dr. Andrew for helping me attain this new life healthy condition. Unfortunately Intero in San Mateo (Dr Andrew) will be moving to Pleasanton office but because Intero’s treatment approach is so different from other Chiro clinic so I will continue my treatment in San Jose (closer to me than Pleasanton)though it is a 42 miles drive from my house. The impression that Dr. Andrew made me to the conclusion that no other chiropractor therapy can bit Intero for their expertise, professionalism, good bedside manner and real care for their patients and it’s worth the travel for my health and sanity. I highly recommend anyone that has ever experienced chiropractic care and found it may not have helped much, to consider trying Intero, as their approach is very different. I’m 2/3 of the way through my initial program and Dr. Michael has been attentive to my symptoms, tailoring my adjustments to my needs versus simply making adjustments for the sake of making adjustments. After struggling with daily movements for over 20 years due to a past injury, I am filled with much joy and relief that I am finally able to walk more normally.

So far, my care has been going really well! It feels personalized, and there's a lot of self upkeep down the line. I really enjoyed Dr. Michael's care, though I recently got switched to Dr. Andrew. He's been good too.

From the initial diagnostic to my current appointments, the care has been phenomenal. The case manager, Ryan, was very thorough with my health plan and what needed to be done in order to have a healthier body. My current doctor, Dr. Michael Chang, has been great at addressing my issues, especially with my TMJ and neck issues. I feel less pain overall and with the additional supports I’ve received (the foam rollers, core support, and band), I know that my body will be in tip top shape!
