They do go over your xrays in detail and make sure you understand, in a friendly collaborative way.
Within a month I felt taller and less bloated. I notice my posture more and walk better than when I started, that was my reason for starting. Lots of hip discomfort and low back pain. Both of which are very minimal, if any.
