At CORE Chiropractic Memorial City, we approach chiropractic care with a focus on restoring spinal function and identifying the root causes of pain. Every case begins with a thorough evaluation supported by on-site diagnostic imaging, which enables us to assess spinal structure accurately before treatment begins. Based on these findings, we design customized care plans that may include chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, and PEMF therapy. Our practice emphasizes structured, individualized care aimed at improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and supporting measurable progress over time.
We proudly serve the Memorial City corridor and surrounding neighborhoods, including professionals who commute along Interstate 10 and residents of nearby villages and established communities. Common conditions treated at our office include herniated discs, sciatica, tension headaches, and spinal issues related to prolonged sitting and daily travel. For more complex presentations, we provide additional services such as HEIT therapy and rehabilitation-focused care. Our convenient location near key employment centers allows patients to access high-quality treatment without significant disruption to their schedules.

Headache care at CORE Chiropractic Memorial City is designed to address the mechanical origins of pain rather than only the symptoms experienced in the head. We frequently see cervicogenic and tension-type headaches linked to restricted motion in the cervical spine. Our process begins with a comprehensive examination of posture, movement, and contributing daily habits.
Upper back pain often persists throughout daily activities, from morning to evening, creating continuous discomfort rather than isolated episodes. In many cases, it stems from mechanical restrictions in the thoracic spine driven by posture and repetitive strain. At CORE Chiropractic, we conduct a detailed evaluation to identify underlying causes. Care focuses on restoring motion through targeted adjustments, rehabilitation, supportive therapies.
Chronic mid back discomfort frequently develops from prolonged sitting and sustained postural strain in professional environments. The thoracic spine is designed for stability, so reduced movement can lead to joint restriction and muscular fatigue. Our clinical process identifies these dysfunctions and applies specific chiropractic adjustments to restore normal mechanics. Care is aimed at reducing pain, improving posture, and enhancing long-term spinal function.
We offer Shoulder Pain Treatment designed for individuals experiencing discomfort influenced by prolonged desk work and daily commuting demands. Shoulder symptoms may interfere with sleep, movement, and routine activities. Our process includes comprehensive assessment and progressive care planning that addresses structural and functional contributors across the shoulder and spine for sustainable results over time improvement outcomes.
Low back pain requires careful evaluation because multiple underlying factors may contribute to symptoms. Our process focuses on identifying these factors through comprehensive examination and imaging studies results. Treatment is then tailored to address the specific source of dysfunction effectively and precisely. We emphasize restoring function, reducing strain, and supporting long term spinal health outcomes effectively.
We provide sciatica treatment at CORE Chiropractic focused on structural causes of nerve irritation. Patients experience sharp leg pain, tingling, or numbness that worsens with sitting or activity. Symptoms stem from disc injury, joint restriction, or muscle tension affecting the sciatic nerve pathway. Our care targets the underlying structure rather than temporary symptom relief for more durable outcomes.

That interest led to a future career in chiropractic. Dr. Siegmund attended Texas Chiropractic College and was the Valedictorian of his Fall 2013 class. During chiropractic college, he completed orthopedic and neurology rotations in the Texas Medical Center.
