Chiropractic care adapted for every trimester of pregnancy. Dr. Cortner is Webster Technique certified through the ICPA. The Webster Technique is a specific assessment and gentle adjustment used to support pelvic balance and alignment as the body changes during pregnancy. Postpartum care is also available. 
Gentle, light-force chiropractic care for infants, children, and teens, with techniques scaled to each child's age and size. Craniosacral therapy is available as a light-touch complement. Every visit starts with a careful history and exam, and parents are part of every step.

Despite diligently following medical advice and taking medications, she saw little improvement. Everything changed when she discovered chiropractic care, which brought about a dramatic transformation in her health. Freed from medications, Dr. Caitlyn felt a profound calling to pursue chiropractic professionally, driven by a deep desire to help others in her community experience the same life-changing benefits.
She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in 2016 and has since dedicated herself to family care, with advanced training in pediatric chiropractic, prenatal, and postpartum care. Super Friendly staff, have a lot of stuff to keep young kids/toddlers entertained during my visit. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable and very attentive. My first chiro experience ever and just finished my third visit. Has definitely improved/lessened my scoliosis and neck injury pain. So thankful for these folk.

I have been to numerous Chiropractors over the past 40 years since my first back surgery at age 25. I have been in less pain over the last year since I started with Arise. I can even play golf which I have not been able to because of the pain. I have gone from living with a pain level of 6 to 8 to a small pain level of 1 to 2. Even after playing golf 3 to 4 times a week. This would not be possible without the help I have received from Arise.

Me and my wife have been going to Arise for a few years now. I have only gone there 6 times so far, but I am very impressed with all the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. I loved the work out area used to prepare for your adjustment. Also, they gave take home equipment to use everyday to give additional help for your individual problem. This chiropractic program is so different from anything I have ever experienced!

I’ve been going to Arise since I was pregnant in my 2nd trimester. I originally started going because being pregnant and having a desk job was straining and painful. After a few weeks I wasn’t in pain anymore and I fully believe being aligned helped have a smooth delivery. I kept going postpartum and started bringing my son when he was around 3 weeks old and we’ve been getting adjusted together for 20 months now. He’s never had an ear infection or caught very many colds compared to his friends his age who weren’t seeing a chiropractor regularly! Arise has felt like family, every time we’d come in the entire staff called my son and I by name and asked what’s new. They were great about remembering details of my life and asking about it! Truly a wonderful experience and I would rate them a million stars if I could!!

What an amazing place to be!! Dr. Catie is super cool and easy to understand. She breaks things down to me . She has been so good to me and my girls. I also love to walk in and be greeted by the front desk ladies and Greg, they’re always smiling and make me feel good being here. The place in general has exceeded my expectations. All around, this has been an amazing experience!!!

We cannot recommend this place (and these people) enough. Both myself and my eight month old get adjusted. It has improved our quality of life greatly. My son had plagiocephaly and we did not want to go the helmet route. We chose chiropractic care instead and his head has completely corrected in shape. They are helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and kind.

Love Dr Catie and Dr Julia! This place is wonderful and everyone is so helpful. I have found a great deal of relief with beck and back pain! It’s a very warm and friendly environment with a goal of helping you take great care of yourself. I’ve been going for about 5 months and my husband has been going for over 2 years. We both have noticed great improvements!
