What to Expect

At your initial appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly front desk staff and provided with a set of forms to complete. For your convenience, you may also download and print the forms from our website and complete them before your appointment. These forms provide essential information about your health, medical history, and reason for seeking care.

After completing the paperwork, you will have a consultation with either Dr. Josh or Dr. Mallory, during which you will discuss whether chiropractic care is suitable for you and whether it can help you achieve your goals. Following the consultation, the doctor will perform a case history and a thorough chiropractic exam specific to your condition and health history.

The exam will be explained, and any questions you may have will be addressed by the doctor. Depending on your past health history and current condition, x-ray studies may be necessary to fully evaluate your situation. The doctor will then review the images and exam findings to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

In your Report of Findings, you will receive the doctor's recommendations, including answers to your most pressing questions: Can you help me? What do you recommend for treatment? How long will it take? How much will it cost? The doctor will also address any questions you may have about chiropractic care, treatment options, and your condition.

Typically, you will receive your first treatment at the end of your appointment. Each treatment and its benefits will be explained to you, and you will receive home care instructions to aid in your recovery and enhance your care.

Insurance and Payment

We proudly accept most major insurance plans, including United Healthcare, Medical Mutual, Ohio State Health System, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, Medicare, and Medicaid. If your insurance company is not listed, please contact us to verify your benefits. We will need your name, policy number, insurance company phone number, and policy holder's date of birth to verify your coverage.

Massage Therapy

Our licensed massage therapist, Jessica Louer, provides a range of massage modalities to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being.
