Our Story

As a native of Lewistown, PA, Dr. Hartley grew up with a passion for helping others. After completing his undergraduate degree in Biology from Lock Haven University, he went on to earn his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer Chiropractic College in 2003. With a strong foundation in clinical anatomy, radiology, and rehabilitation, Dr. Hartley is dedicated to providing personalized care to each of his patients.
