Back To Health Chiropractic Medical Center, established in February 1998, was born from a vision: to provide quality healthcare and services to guide individuals back to a state of wellness. The center's initial focus was on treating patients recovering from automobile accidents and workers' compensation injuries. This foundation allowed them to expand their expertise to encompass occupational and industrial issues, ultimately leading to the treatment of over 200 work-related cases weekly. Today, Back To Health Chiropractic Medical Center proudly collaborates with numerous companies, providing essential services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT drug testing, and various other screenings to ensure the health and safety of their employees.

Dr. Lolita A. Wilburn: A Leader in Chiropractic Medicine

Dr. Lolita A. Wilburn, D.C., serves as the director of Back To Health Chiropractic Medical Center and has been a dedicated chiropractor since February 1993. Her journey began at Jarrett Luck-Medical Center, where she partnered with the late internal medicine physician, Dr. Sherry Luck. Together, they formed a formidable team, serving the inner-city community with unwavering commitment. They provided numerous health fairs and community awareness symposiums, actively engaging with residents and empowering them to take control of their health.

Dr. Wilburn's expertise lies in musculoskeletal problems, but her training as a primary care physician allows her to approach each patient holistically. Prior to opening her practice, Dr. Wilburn honed her skills as a staff physician at several esteemed hospitals, including Belmont Community Hospital, Park Forest Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital, South Shore Hospital, Hind Hospital, and in affiliation with internal medical physicians at Jackson Park Hospital.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Wilburn is a stalwart advocate for her profession and the communities she serves. She actively participates in numerous organizations, including the American Black Chiropractic Association, Black Association of Chicagoland Chiropractors (BACC), and the National College of Chiropractic Alumni Association. Through these platforms, she contributes to continuing education programs, community outreach initiatives, and national recognition for the crucial role chiropractors play in healthcare.
