Payment and Insurance
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be happy to submit your insurance forms for you and accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. We also offer payment plans and schedules for your convenience.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A fee may be charged for appointments not Cancelled or Rescheduled with sufficient notice.
