- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm & 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm
- Wednesday: 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
Payment Options
Enliven Wellness participates with PEIA, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Health Plan, Peak Health/WVU Medicine, and Medicare. We also offer private pay options, including pay-as-you-go, Care Credit, and HSA/FSA payments.
