Dr. Mask, a proud member of the Texas Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association, has dedicated his career to helping patients find relief from various health issues.

Our Practice - A Little Bit of History

Dr. Mask, a native of Pasadena, Texas, followed in the footsteps of his older brother and pursued a career in chiropractic care. After graduating from Texas Chiropractic College in 1991, he relocated to Azle, Texas, where he has been practicing ever since. Over the years, he has established a reputation for excellence in chiropractic care, serving as the Team Doctor for both the Springtown and Azle school districts since 1997. His dedication to the community is evident in his Friday night routine, where he can be found on the sidelines of every high school football game.

Mask Chiropractic Clinic offers a wide range of services aimed at promoting health and wellness by addressing the root causes of health problems rather than just the symptoms. Our services include:

• Chiropractic Care: At the heart of our services is chiropractic care, which involves identifying and correcting interference to the body's natural state of good health. We treat various health issues, including stress, headaches, whiplash, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and scoliosis.

• DOT Physical Exams: In the State of Texas, a DOT physical exam is required every 24 months for commercial vehicle operators. We provide general health evaluations to ensure that you meet the required standards for safe driving.

• Drug Testing: Our clinic is fully licensed to perform drug testing. We use a urine drug test, also known as a urine drug screen or a UDS, to estimate the level of drugs in your system.

• Breath Alcohol Testing: We are also fully licensed to perform breath alcohol tests. This test estimates your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and is commonly used to ensure that you are not driving under the influence of alcohol.
