Disappointing Experience with a Doctor
The reviews describe a disappointing experience with a doctor who was supposed to treat a patient's back pain. The patient, Kristin P., gave the doctor 2 stars out of 5.
Accommodating but Unhelpful
The doctor attempted to accommodate the patient's appointment and did not take her money despite a misdiagnosis. However, his bedside manner was lacking. He seemed annoyed by the patient's presence and was rude during the consultation.
Inaccurate Diagnosis
The doctor performed a handful of movement tests and concluded that the patient's back pain was muscular, which was incorrect. The patient was worried about spending the weekend in pain and left the doctor's office in despair.
Impact on Other Plans
The patient's husband had dropped her off at the doctor's office, but after 7 minutes, the patient left and took a ride-sharing service back to her original location. This left the rest of their group without a ride.
