First Visit

We strive to make our first visits as comfortable and efficient as possible. Please allow an hour for your first visit. We will minimize paperwork and ensure that you have all the necessary information and paperwork completed before your appointment. Please bring your photo ID and any insurance information to our office. Our team will be happy to assist you with filing your insurance claims.

Scheduling an appointment with us is easy. Simply call us during our business hours and we will be happy to schedule a time that suits your needs. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Saturday mornings by appointment.
