At Damariscotta Chiropractic Health Center, we have been serving Midcoast Maine for over 30 years. Meet Our Doctors

Susan Giglia, DC, is a 1985 graduate of Sherman Chiropractic College and has been practicing full-time in the office until 1990 when their first child was born. She is now expanding her office hours after her children have been successfully homeschooled and attending college. Susan believes in the innate healing abilities of the human body and is dedicated to helping others achieve wellness and find their healing potential.

Michael Giglia, DC, also graduated from Sherman Chiropractic College in 1985. He believes that we are given opportunities and choices during our life to make our lives better. Dr. Michael Giglia is available to help you make those changes happen. He is also a triathlete, marathon runner, biker, artist, life coach, and has a black belt in karate.

Expectations for Your First Visit

We do not want to make assumptions about the state of your body, so we collect valuable information about your spinal health and nervous system function. Your first visit will take about an hour and includes a complete and confidential case history, computerized spinal scans, and spinal X-rays if appropriate. Your first adjustment will also be included in this visit. Your second visit will include a full report of your exam information, recommendations, and your second adjustment.

We offer a "Test Drive" which allows you to visit the office, talk to the doctor, and discuss your health concerns. This gives us the ability to learn about your individual needs and how we can assist you in achieving your health goals.
