Our Team

At The Hearth: Thrive and Shine, our team is led by Dr. Cathy Taylor, a passionate and experienced chiropractor who brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our practice. Dr. Taylor's journey began at Queen's University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, both with honors.

Dr. Taylor's commitment to excellence led her to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Clinic Honors in 1993. Her exceptional performance earned her the Intern's award, signifying both clinical proficiency and academic excellence. Dr. Taylor's dedication to continuing education is unwavering. She has completed rigorous certifications in pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care through the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice, a program co-sponsored by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is also certified in the Webster Technique, a specialized approach to chiropractic care during pregnancy.

Dr. Taylor's compassionate and personalized approach ensures that each patient receives a unique treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. She believes in empowering individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.
