Stemp and his wife, Dr. Catherine Stemp, our team is dedicated to helping patients of all ages and backgrounds achieve their health goals.
Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Brian J. Stemp is a fourth-generation Tacoma native and second-generation chiropractor. He graduated from Clover Park High School in Lakewood and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Central Washington University. Dr. Brian then attended Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. His experience and expertise extend beyond chiropractic care, as he is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and Certified Chiropractic Extremity Physician (CCEP). Dr. Brian has worked with various sports teams, including the U.S. Open Golf Championships Performance and Recovery Team, and has served as the team doctor for several local teams.
Dr. Catherine Stemp, raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, graduated from the University of Richmond, VA, with a degree in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude. She and Dr. Brian met in chiropractic school and returned to Tacoma in 1998 to practice together. Their shared commitment to holistic health and family values is evident in their approach to patient care.

Our practice offers a wide range of services, including Chiropractic Care, Custom Orthotic Supports, Family Care, Laser Therapy, Massage Therapy, Nutritional Counseling, and Nutritional Supplements.
