Our Mission

At Spine and Pain Care, our mission is to be the first choice for relief of back and neck pain in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. We strive to provide exceptional chiropractic care to our patients, focusing on a comprehensive approach to treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Our doctors, Dr. Frank Imbarlina and Dr. Brian Corlett, are dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness, alleviating pain and discomfort, and improving overall quality of life.

Our Services

Our chiropractic services are designed to address a wide range of health concerns, including back and neck pain, headaches, sciatica, and more. We utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including traditional chiropractic adjustments, traction therapy, soft tissue mobilization, stabilization exercises, and modalities such as electric stimulation and ultrasound. Our experienced team will work closely with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Insurance and Billing

We understand the importance of insurance coverage and strive to make the billing process as seamless as possible. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Highmark, BC/BS, UPMC, Cigna, Aetna, Coventry, and United Gateway. We also accept auto accident insurance and personal injury insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, our doctors are happy to verify your benefits and help you understand your insurance coverage.

Our Doctors

Our chiropractors, Dr. Frank Imbarlina and Dr. Brian Corlett, are committed to delivering the highest level of care to every patient. Dr. Imbarlina, a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic, holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Corlett, a graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic, West Campus, also holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Both doctors are dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and research to ensure our patients receive the most effective and evidence-based care.

Our Location

We are conveniently located in the Norman Centre, above FedEx and Chipotle on Route 19. If you are traveling from the north, turn right into the parking lot directly from Route 19. If you are coming past South Hills Village, turn into the CVS parking lot from the Fort Couch Road entrance and continue around the front of the building into the Norman Centre parking lot. When you exit the elevator, proceed past the restrooms and turn right. We are at the end of the hall.

Office Hours

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and Sunday, closed. Please feel free to schedule an appointment at a time that suits you best.
