New Patients

We are currently accepting new patients! Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete our new patient forms. We are a self-pay practice, which means that we do not accept any type of commercial insurance. However, we do offer a significant discount to all of our patients. If you would like to submit claims to your insurance on your own for reimbursement, you are more than welcome to do so.

Lab Tests & Blood Work

At Berglund Health & Wellness Center, we offer extensive lab testing and blood work to help diagnose and treat a variety of conditions. We offer a significant discount on lab tests to our patients. Contact us if you'd like to find out more about blood work.

Virtual Office Visits

We offer virtual office visits via either video or phone for patients who live on the other side of the country. Contact our office for more information on setting up your first appointment.
