As a chiropractor, we use physiotherapy or modalities commonly referred to as physical therapy modalities. K-Laser Therapy
K-Laser Therapy is a Pain-Free application delivering infrared laser light to the affected tissue. This promotes increased circulation, decreased swelling, reduction of pain, and accelerated healing and tissue repair. Laser Therapy, or photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of light (red and near-infrared) to create therapeutic effects. These effects include improved healing time, pain reduction, increased circulation and decreased swelling. Laser Therapy has been widely utilized in Europe by physical therapists, nurses, and doctors as far back as the 1970s. Now, after FDA clearance in 2002, Laser Therapy is being used extensively in the United States.

Some conditions that have been shown to respond well to K-Laser include: Peripheral Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia, Back and Neck Pain, Sciatic Pain, Arthritis pain, Degenerative Discs/Joints, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Knee Problems, and Tendinitis. Many patients report pain relief in as little as one treatment, and most are able to resume normal daily activities with no pain and restricted movement after their therapy is completed.
