For over 10 years I have struggled with numbness in my hands especially overnight. After seeing my primary care, a physical therapist and an orthopedic hand specialist over the years with no resolution or answers I decided to give chiropractic care a try. Dr Baltich has been amazing. He diagnosed my problem at my first visit and after only a few visits I was seeing results.
Now I am 7 visits in and am seeing a tremendous improvement in my hand numbness not only overnight but during the day as well. I am so grateful I was finally able to get some answers and find a solution to my issue. The entire office is so friendly and helpful and I cant recommend them enough.

I have been seeing Dr. B and Dr. Curtis for over five years now. I have been to several different chiropractors in the past, but none of them compare with the service and treatment I get here, from the adjustment to all the other included therapies to the friendly and helpful staff. I live in north Charlotte and drive thirty minutes to come here because its worth it to me. The quality and what you get for the price cannot be beat.

I was experiencing severe stiffness and pain in my neck and shoulders, as well as hip pain. Dr. Baltich offered to try dry needling on me for my first time. the pain in my hip is pretty much gone and the stiffness in my neck and shoulders has improved tremendously here at the 24 hour mark! I highly recommend Dr. Baltich and his entire staff! They will get you on the right path to being pain free!

Enter Dr. Derik Baltich, the real life magician in a lab coat. You know the vibe: sunshine, smiles, and suspiciously perfect posture. I immediately felt less like Quasimodo and more like a normal humanat least for five seconds. When it was finally my turn, I was led to a room that felt like a spa, with calming music and posters of people stretching in ways that definitely werent covered by my insurance. After a quick chat that made me realize I was essentially a walking pretzel, Dr. Derik Baltich got to work. Now, let me tell you, Ive heard of breaking the ice, but I didnt realize that meant cracking my spine!
With every adjustment, I felt like a human maracashaken, not stirred, but somehow more aligned. Honestly, I left the office feeling taller, lighter, and like I could probably win a dance-off. Ive been seeing Dr. B for Several years and he has helped with running pains, migraines and general soreness neck and back soreness from working a 9-5 sitting at a desk all day. The office is kept clean and tip top and the staff are all very friendly I highly recommend for anyone seeking chiropractic care.

My family (my parents and myself) has seen Dr. B since the office was originally down 150 past LKN HS. My son, 3, had an incident last week and his neck muscles tightened up on him and he could barely move, sit up or stand to be picked up. In a panic I was going to rush him to urgent care because his primary wasnt giving me the answers I wanted but I decided to call Dr. Bs office to see if they would accept him as a new patient but also super last minute.
I called at 9:30 and my son was in his office getting adjusted by 10:30 same day. The staff is amazing and Dr. B has always be great! 10/10 recommend, dont second guess it just call!

Dr. B is amazing! I eventually went to see him after a week and a half of me not being able to move my right leg after moving a heavy piece of furniture. I thought I would have needed surgery, but Dr. B performed his adjustment and dry needling therapy. I was able to walk without crutches within 24 hours. Thank you so much!

Best place to get chiropractic care, in my opinion. Ive gotten relief with scheduling extra appointments for dry needling and cupping, as well as therapies and adjustments with each regular visit. Dry needling really helps with stubborn scar tissues, relaxing trigger points and can be similar to a catalyst within the healing process. Scheduling is a breeze. 2 Drs at the office as well as many assistants to help with the different therapies they offer. Always a pleasant experience.

This isnt the first time Dr. Baltich has fixed my back. This previous experience I came in with what I thought was a herniated disk from packing up and moving across states. I was in rough shape, barely could walk, using a cane, and I could barely hold back tears from the pain. I couldnt even get off the tables, the nerves were seizing up and down my spine.

Its a miracle how I went from PAIN, being immobile, relying on a cane, to walking around effortlessly within a week from the injury. Theyre both amazing chiropractors. Their team really helped me, super personable. If youre broken, theyll fix you.

I just came from Back 2 Back chiropractic! First time visit. If I could leave 10 stars it wouldn't be enought! Everyone is so friendly and they offer so many different types of therapies in a visit, plus adjustment. They are very thorough and take the time with thier patients and explain the plan of treatment tailored just for you. I was going to a different practice and wasn't getting the care I needed. I have been to many chiropractors in the past, this is an experience that I wish I could have had in the past, always awesome, it's like spa day, thank you back 2 back. Dr. B just did the dry needling on my ankle that was giving me some trouble, I have to say it does give great relief. Was worked in today with terrible pain, and dr b and Linda (I think, shes a shorter girl with glasses) sooo very kind and helpful to me. Ive been going here for the last 3 months and ive seen such great results. Dr. Curtis is very helpful and great at explaining what he is doing and why he is going it. My ankle pain has decreased significantly since coming here consistently. After relocating to NC, I tried half a dozen chiropractors in the area, all nice, but none were able to correct my alignment. In addition, others tried to fit me into their service schedule while Dr. Curtis works around my schedule, my lifestyle and does not push his services. The staff is so sweet and Dr. Baltich is amazing. When I first started to see him I could barely walk or sit with out terrible lower back pain, I had gone to see other chiropractors in the past and got no relief. After a few months he has completely fixed my lower back and it hardly bothers me at all anymore. I highly recommend, they are great.

I went yesterday to see Dr. B per a referral from a girl I work with. I have been in pain for over 2 months! Finally over a month ago, I went to see my primary doctor, who sent me to have xrays done. He also referred me to a chiropractor in gastonia which I seen like 3 times and he done NOTHING! My visit yesterday at Back 2 back was amazing and I felt alot better when I left there! I just recently began coming to back 2 back chiropractic for neck and lower back pain and I am so impressed with how much better I feel. I had never had dry needling done before and was skeptical about how effective it would be. However, after my first session dry needling, I was pleasantly surprised at how my pain instantly subsided. I was recommended by a friend and I will continue to recommend others as well. The staff is awesome and very attentive. They have lumbar compression, cupping and even dry needling. Dr. B is amazing with Dry needling and Miss Lisa is a cupping master. Plus they allow you to have a credit card on file which is really handy on days I forget my debit card (which happens alot lol) I started going as temporary relief for my lower back.
Other drs tried pushing surgery on me. But since I've been to back 2 back I haven't had the need for surgery. I am very thankful for them and the staff. Huge kudos to Dr. B and Miss Lisa.

Great that the whole staff follows CDC and NC on wearing face masks. And require you to wear one when you enter building. I noticed staff members disinfecting tables and equipment used after patient got up. My opinion top notch chiropractic office.

I am so incredibly happy I found Dr. Baltich and his team. They are on top of all sanitation and COVID protocols. His care is extremely important to my quality of life. I have been seeing Dr. B for almost 13 years. Ive never had a reason to complain. Ive moved twice and tried to find a more local chiropractor and each time I come back to Dr. B because I know he will take care of me. I never have to question that. Ive experienced issues with my calves and feet for years. I found Back 2 Back based on the recommendation of a friend. Dr. B and his staff have really helped me regain normalcy without pain. Dr. B has done other techniques for my migraines, but the dry needling was the least painful and had lasting results. My family and I have been patients of Dr B for over 12 years. He has helped my family in so many ways. Myself with vertigo and migraines, my son with multiple ligament injuries, and my daughter with scoliosis and radial nerve palsy. He is always on top of all the latest treatments and has the best selection of different treatments. Youre never rushed and hell aways make a way to see you. I found Dr. B. To be caring and a a true effort to diagnose my problems. The staff were all friendly, caring, and I thought very knowledgeable in what they were doing. Back 2 Back had many services I was not familiar with. After the second visit I saw vast improvement in my condition, mainly pain. I was impressed with the dry needles and wish they were accessible to everyone.
Insurance companies should reconsider paying for this effective procedure as well as any other procedures that help with intense pain. When you are on Social Security one has neither the fortitude or the financial ability to pay for services needed. We are the ones who hurt the most, both physically and financially.

I have been going to Dr. B for the past 8 years, my only regret is I wish I had found him sooner. I recently tried dry needling to relieve a nagging ache in my lower back, the procedure was painless and after about 24 hours the ache completely disappeared. There is good reason why his practice is rated 5 stars by so many people, Dr. B and his wonderful staff are simply the best!

Ive been going to Dr. Baltich at Back 2 Back Chiropractic for several years. The place is very clean, staff is all super friendly, and they are very thorough. They all make sure you feel relief before they have you leave from your appointment. The other day I went and my neck was hurting so Dr. Baltich used the method of dry needling on me. The day I left the office, I had a lot of relief from the process. The next day, however.drastic change. Though Im not a fan of needles.it definitely works very well! I highly recommend Back 2 Back

I started seeing Dr. B a few years ago with neck issues. I couldnt turn my neck to the left which made driving & working difficult. I had been to doctors, masseuses but no one could help me. Dr. B worked on me and didnt give up; he discovered the root cause that no one else pursued. He fixed me right up! I believe Dr. B is an angel in disguise. Recently I went for an adjustment on my neck and discovered Dr. B now offers needling in his practice.

There was little sensation, if any, with the needles, and I was so relaxed when I left the office, I went home and slept like a log. Now if I hear someone mention needling I can share my positive experiences about Dr. B and needling. Dr. B is more than a chiropractor.
He is a very caring gentleman who really listens to what you say! He has an impressive background AND he has an exceptional staff that are comforting and caring as well. I TRUST Dr. B and I dont say this lightly. I am truly blessed to know him.

My Name is Darryl and I have been going to B2B since December after I suffered whiplash because of a auto accident. I can say without a doubt in my heart the chiropractors there are amazing and actually listens to you. The staff is amazing and the facility is really comfortable. I woke up with back pain that was causing breathing difficulty and almost immediately upon my arrival Dr. B found that it was being caused by a knot in my back. He used dry needling and I experienced relief almost immediately. That in conjunction with a normal adjustment, roller, laser therapy, and electric stim, I feel like I'm back at 100%.

I've been receiving chiropractor services from Dr. B and his staff off and on for several years. They are incredibly friendly, effective, and efficient! In addition, they offer many service you cannot find at other chiropractors. For example, Dr. B has been treating my elbow injury with a dry-needle procedure (similar to acupuncture) that has helped the body recover from an injury that hadn't improved with time.

I had severe back problems and when I visited Dr. B it was fixed. He is really friendly and works with his clients. He helps out the Latin community and is really patient. I highly recommend. I love Dr. B and I love the staff here. They are miracle workers for bodies! I got to try dry needling here the other day. I had some bad knots in my shoulders and was feeling like my left shoulder was up by my ear. I'll be honest, the dry needling hurt like the dickens and I was sore afterwards, but the next day, WOW, no more tight tense knotty shoulder. Highly recommend Back 2 Back!

The staff and chiropractors at Back 2 Back are fantastic! I was going there for a couple months to help my neck and they got me back to normal. I got busy and stopped going in and a few months later my neck was in a lot of pain and I was concerned. I knew exactly where to go and they were able to help me get better again. They offer dry needling and cupping which were very helpful and everyone there is very knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend Back 2 Back to anyone!

Dr B and staff are awesome! My family has been going for years. I like the fact that everyone is treated like family. They are so determined to make sure you leave feeling much better than when you walked in. Recently Dr B used the dry needling technique to release the tension in neck and head, which worked great. I have also had the cupping done on my shoulders and back to release the sore and tightness. Great family place and highly recommended!

I went to see Dr Baltich with stabbing pain in my left hip joint for four days. He informed me that he was going to do dry needling to help with the pain. I was amazed at the lack of discomfort with the procedure. When I left the office I had no further pain in my hip. Would recommend without hesitation!

As a massage therapist, I send all my clients who need an adjustment to Dr. Baltich. I trust him to listen, take time with, and help everyone he sees. I like the extra things Dr. B's office has to offer like ultrasound, laser, and a PEMF machine. Recently, my clients starting coming to me and telling me he had started dry needling. I was quick to make an appointment and try it out.
As a lifelong migraine sufferer, I found the dry needling extremely successful in releasing my neck muscles. Few massage therapists can accomplish what one session of dry needling did. I will definitely be making this a regular part of my own treatment and refer clients to Dr. Baltich for dry needling and chiropractic adjustments.

Have been a patient for a few years now. Dr. B does a lot of cupping and other facisa work as well as adjustments. He also has stim and ultrasound (not like for babies). I always feel better after leaving his office after an adjustment. I used to go three times a week, then I had to back down to 2 days a week then once a week. Now I go maybe 2 to 3 times a month.
Please know that when I reduced my appointments it was throughout a year not just in a few months. My bone structure was so out of alignment that my only comfort was sleeping on a hard floor. Now I can sleep comfortably in a bed, I never thought that would happen. Thanks Dr. B

My husband and I were involved in an automobile accident a few months back. We were both in so much discomfort and pain. Some days in tears. Dr Baltich and his staff were amazing. They really listen and we feel that they all genuinely care to help get us comfortable. I really appreciate how Dr Baltich explains and shows me exactly what is happening in my body from the accident so that I understand. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. I'm a FedEx delivery guy so having a good chiropractor is a must in my line of work and I found mine in Dr B. He and his staff are the best they are gonna do whatever it takes to get you feeling better. And he had a great atmosphere there not a stuffy Dr's office feel a comfortable said back feel and always some good music on. I always tell his staff it seems like it would be a fun place to work and they say it is. Take it from the FedEx guy if your back is hurting this is your guy.

Prior to coming here, I went to another chiro office. All they did was roller table and adjustment; in and out 10-15 minutes max. Here they have so many wonderful therapies. Its not just in and out. They do as much as they can to help you. Needless to say, I never went back to the other. The office is so laid back. Great Doctors, great staff and great music.
