We are the first locally owned and managed network of Hawaii chiropractic professionals, and we have been in operation since 1995. Our main goal is to make chiropractic care accessible and affordable for everyone in Hawaii.

Our Services

ChiroPlan Hawaii, Inc. offers a wide range of chiropractic services to our patients. We have a network of highly qualified and credentialed chiropractic physicians located across the state of Hawaii. We ensure that our doctors undergo a strict credentialing process that adheres to the guidelines set by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA). This means that you can trust the quality of care you receive from our providers.

Our continuous quality improvement and utilization management programs also ensure that you are getting the care you need. We have an office located in Wahiawa, HI, where our staff is available to answer your questions and provide timely approvals for care.

Patient Resources

We provide a variety of resources for our patients, including an alphabetical list of participating chiropractors by island and county, FAQs, healthcare resources, and maps to help you locate our providers. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4:30pm, and we are closed on weekends.

ChiroPlan Hawaii, Inc. is a chiropractic managed care network that has developed an Independent Physician's Association (IPA) to deliver high-quality, cost-effective chiropractic services through carefully screened and tightly managed groups of chiropractic physicians throughout Hawaii. We help organizations provide quality chiropractic services at a lower cost, while focusing on effective management, cost containment, and quality assurance.

Doctor Resources

We also provide resources for our member doctors, including a section for ChiroPlan member doctors only. This section requires a login, and resources available without logging-in include an 8-27-2020 memo to providers.
