Dr. Jake has dedicated a significant amount of time to learning various skills that allow him to treat a wide range of pain symptoms effectively. Many of these techniques were acquired from the Motion Palpation Institute, which focuses on biomechanically superior, evidence-based, joint manipulation techniques.

Nerve flossing is a self-mobilization protocol designed to remove adhesions that may cause pain and tingling in the nerves, ultimately increasing range of motion and reducing discomfort.
