• Infrared Sauna: Our state-of-the-art infrared sauna is designed to promote detoxification and relaxation. We offer individual and couples packages, as well as a monthly subscription service.

• Nutritional Counseling: Our chiropractors provide personalized nutritional counseling to help you make informed choices about your diet and lifestyle.

• Athletic Training and Sports Physicals: Dr. Jeff Redenius provides athletic training and sports physicals to local athletes and students.

About Our Chiropractors

Dr. Jeff Redenius is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and has been in practice since 2016. He specializes in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Gonstead, Instrument Assisted, and Decompression. Dr. Redenius is originally from Lake City, Iowa, and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to his community.

Dr. Michelle Schwartz-Webb is a licensed chiropractor with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in Palmer Package, Activator, and Acupuncture techniques. Dr. Schwartz-Webb joined Redenius Chiropractic in 2021 and works Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Redenius Chiropractic is conveniently located at 119 E Main St, Lake City, IA 51449. Our hours of operation are as follows:

• Monday: 7:30am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-5:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-5:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am-12:30pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm
• Thursday: 7:30am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-5:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am-1:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-11:00am (open most Saturdays, please call first)
