About Our Clinic

Casa View Chiropractic Clinic has been serving the community since the early 1960s. Founded by Dr. Gilbert M. Blackwell, the clinic has been a trusted provider of chiropractic care in the Casa View area of Dallas. Over the years, the clinic has grown and expanded, adding new services and welcoming new patients from the surrounding communities of Mesquite and Garland. Today, the clinic is run by Dr. Chad Blackwell, who continues the legacy of quality care and personalized service started by his father.
