Dr. Rauch holds a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College and has completed extensive postgraduate studies in Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractic, Quantum Physics, and Functional Neurology. Dr. Gold, also a Doctor of Chiropractic, has a background in nutrition and has received training in Applied Spinal Biomechanics & Evaluation, Diagnostic Imaging, and Nutritional Counseling at New York University School of Medicine.

Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service and professionalism of the chiropractic office. Ana Paula Rivera mentioned that the receptionist and nurse had an attitude problem, while G. M. left the office because the receptionist wasn't wearing a mask. Samara B. was also upset because Dr. Gold refused to wear a mask during treatment amidst the pandemic, and the waiting room didn't allow for social distancing.
Ineffective Treatment and Misdiagnosis
Several reviewers have had negative experiences with the treatment they received. Damon Colella's back pain worsened after treatment, and a certified back surgeon later informed him that the diagnoses and treatment he received were incorrect. Ana Paula Rivera felt that the office didn't provide proper prep work or adjustments for the body.
