Our chiropractor, Dr. Thomas Pellatt, is board-certified in family chiropractic and specializes in a variety of effective chiropractic techniques, including activator, Gonstead chiropractic, ART muscle treatment, and spinal decompression. Dr. Pellatt has extensive experience in treating patients of all ages and ailments, from newborns to the elderly. During his time in Colorado Springs, he even worked with the US Olympic Team, treating both men's and women's athletes.

Active Release Technique

Active Release Technique (ART) is a patented, state-of-the-art soft tissue system/movement-based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
