Dr. Jason Helton is a board-certified chiropractor with over 19 years of experience in providing exceptional care to the Lubbock community. Dr. Helton is a pioneer in the development of non-surgical decompression techniques and has been recognized for his expertise in the field. He is also a certified instructor and has written numerous articles on the topic of spinal decompression.

Dr. Curtis Stacy is a licensed chiropractor who has been part of the Helton Chiropractic team since 2004. Dr. Stacy is a certified tennis elbow specialist and has a specialization in sports injuries.

Dr. Abel Ramos, a licensed chiropractor, has been part of the team since 2011. Dr. Ramos is a certified disc decompression specialist and has extensive expertise in treating back and neck pain.
