• Chiropractic Care: Our chiropractors are trained in orthopedic and physical examinations to diagnose and treat conditions relating to the musculoskeletal system. We use gentle and effective adjustment techniques to relieve pain, normalize body function, and promote overall wellness.
• Active Release Techniques (ART): ART is a soft tissue technique used to release adhesions between muscles, nerves, tendons, or ligaments and restore proper function.
• Laser Therapy: Our K-Laser class IV is used to treat musculoskeletal and neurological pain.
• Nutrition: We believe that proper nutrition is essential for maintaining optimal health. We provide guidance on healthy diet and supplement options to support our patients' overall wellness.
• X-ray: We have in-office x-ray capability to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

Clinic Policies

At Mid-Michigan Chiropractic Center, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to our patients. To ensure that we can provide the best possible care, we have established the following clinic policies:

• Appointment Policy: Appointments are required. We make every attempt to ensure that you are seen at your appointment time without having to wait for treatment. However, unforeseen circumstances and emergencies do occur. We ask for your patience in waiting as the doctors will offer the same courtesies to you.
• Existing Patients with New Injury/Condition: If you are already a patient at MMCC and have a new injury or complaint, notify the receptionist so we may schedule extra time for you. New injuries or complaints require extra time to perform necessary case history, examination, x-rays, and treatment.
• Missed Appointment Policy: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call the front desk at 989-224-8688. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to one hour to the appointed time. It is not our normal policy to bill for missed appointments, however, too many "no-shows" and you will be billed for an office visit. Your insurance will not pay for missed appointments, making you personally responsible for the fee.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don't have certain types of healthcare coverage or who are not using certain types of healthcare coverage an estimate of their bill for healthcare items and services before those items or services are provided. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your healthcare will cost. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any healthcare items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services.
