How to Get Started

To get started at USA Sports Therapy Centers, we recommend scheduling an initial consultation, which usually takes one hour. During this consultation, you will receive a comprehensive neurological and orthopedic examination, a bio-mechanical assessment, and x-rays if warranted. These tests will give us the necessary information to design a personalized therapy program right for you.

To save approximately 30 minutes on your first visit, we recommend filling out our initial intake forms prior to your first visit by visiting the website emailed to you after scheduling your appointment. This is for the patient's benefit and we highly recommend you do so.
