Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior

Victim of a Car Accident
One patient, who was the victim of a car accident, had a particularly bad experience. They walked to the office without a car, which was a significant effort for them. Upon arrival, they were thirsty and asked for a glass of water, but drank it too quickly and had to throw up. Despite this, the nurse was okay with helping them. However, when the patient returned from the restroom, the receptionist's attitude changed, and she refused to continue treatment. The patient felt disrespected and was forced to leave.
Unprofessional Behavior
Another patient had a similar experience, where the doctor seemed unprofessional and rude. The patient felt bad after the doctor decided not to continue treating them. Another patient was also unhappy with the doctor's behavior, stating that he was unprofessional and rude, and that he asked for something and then left the patient in the room and refused treatment when the patient was waiting for an hour.
