Meet Our Chiropractor: Dr. Brett Henson
Dr. Brett Henson, a native of Boone, NC, is the chiropractor and nutrition expert at Foundation Chiropractic Center. Dr. Henson received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from N.C. State University, with a minor in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Henson's passion for chiropractic care was sparked by her own personal experience. After suffering a childhood injury, she received chiropractic care that not only helped her recover but also led to improvements in other areas of her life, including a reduction in the severity of her asthma. This experience inspired her to pursue a career as a chiropractor, so she could help others in the same non-invasive and gentle way.

Unappealing Experience
Many issues were raised by Marissa Godfrey regarding her mother's visit to the doctor's office. The office made her mother sit outside on a bench to fill out paperwork without assistance, despite having chairs available inside. The nurse did not offer to help her mother up the curb and took away from her caregiver role. Furthermore, the office temperature was taken twice, which is unnecessary and unsanitary. Additionally, the office was open despite the stated hours on the website, which sparked confusion.
Exceptional Care
Isaac Critcher, on the other hand, had a positive experience at the doctor's office. He praised Dr. Henson for being knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. He was always pleased with the results of his visits and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The facility was clean and well-organized, which contributed to his positive experience.
