At Dynamic Health Chiropractic and Acupuncture, our chiropractors use a variety of techniques to correct vertebral subluxations, also known as spinal misalignments. Our team of chiropractors utilizes several different adjusting methods, including Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Flexion Distraction. These techniques allow us to tailor our treatment to each patient's individual needs and conditions. We also specialize in soft tissue therapy, including both manual and instrument-assisted techniques.

Acupuncture Services

Acupuncture is a complementary medical practice that involves the insertion of thin needles through the skin at strategic points on the body. This technique has been used for thousands of years to balance the flow of energy, or qi, in the body. At Dynamic Health Chiropractic and Acupuncture, our certified acupuncturists use this technique to help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall health and well-being.

Traditional Chinese Medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy through pathways (meridians) in the body. By inserting needles at specific points along these meridians, acupuncturists can stimulate the body's natural healing abilities.

Dr. Alex Anderson, Chiropractor

Dr. Alex Anderson was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended Skutt Catholic High School where he pursued his passion for sports by playing football and basketball. During his junior year, Alex was introduced to chiropractic for the first time due to injury. Alex graduated from Skutt in 2006 and attended Northwest Missouri State University where he played football. He graduated from NWMSU in 2011 with a degree in Biology/Biochemistry. After graduating, Alex then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa from 2011 to 2014. Alex worked as an associate for Advanced Chiropractic Solutions in Lincoln, NE from 2014-2018 before opening his own practice.

Dr. Whitney Anderson, Chiropractor

Dr. Whitney Nichols D.C. was born and raised in Bettendorf, Iowa. Dr. Whitney had the unique experience of growing up where chiropractic was founded. Even though she came from a family of medical doctors, her parents told her there is always room for all medical professionals and took her to the chiropractor frequently. When Dr. Whitney was at the University of Northern Iowa, she discovered her true passion for science. Though she'd always known she wanted to own her own business, this was when she felt the strong calling to work in the medical field. To narrow down her options, she job shadowed a variety of medical professionals including medical doctors, dentists, physical therapists, and chiropractors. She quickly discovered that chiropractic was the right fit for her.
