Patient Experience
The reviews of the chiropractic clinic, led by Dr. Jason Prevost, showcase a mixed bag of experiences. While some patients had immensely positive experiences, others were disappointed with the outcome.
Treatment Effectiveness
The clinic's treatment plans were effective for some patients, such as Sheila Harrington, who experienced significant relief from knee pain. Ingrid Fischer also reported a decrease in pain after receiving laser therapy. The majority of patients, however, did not experience significant improvement.
Communication and Progress Updates
Some patients felt that their progress was not adequately monitored or communicated to them. Dwight Boudreaux, for instance, never received actual progress exams despite being led to believe that they were scheduled. He also did not receive regular updates on his condition. Dr. Prevost's wife, Sandi, was praised for her warm and friendly demeanor, but it did not seem to translate to effective communication with patients.
Insurance and Fees
It's essential to note that the clinic does not accept insurance plans and does not file claims for patients. Medicare reimbursement is also not guaranteed unless the doctor's office files the claims. This may cause financial burden for some patients.
