Dr. Payne is a Rockwall native, who graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2008 and has been in practice since 2008. Dr. Cummings has over 15 years of experience in chiropractic care. Both doctors are in-network providers for most insurance companies and accept Medicare.
