Meet Dr. Troy Allam

A native of Michigan, Dr. Allam grew up in Texas. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care for sports injuries, he was inspired to pursue a career as a chiropractor to help others. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas in 2002. Together with his wife, Stephanie (who serves as our operations manager), they chose McKinney as the perfect place to raise their family and open a practice. In 2004, Craig Ranch Chiropractic was born, and we've been serving the community from our current location since 2011.
