- DOT Exams: Our certified doctor performs DOT physical examinations to medically qualify drivers to obtain their CDL license. The exam includes a medical history, blood pressure check, pulse check, and examination of the eyes and ears.
- School Bus Exams: We perform school bus exams to medically qualify drivers to obtain their license. Our price is $45.00/exam/individual, with special school bus pricing available.
- Chiropractic Treatments: Our experienced chiropractors provide quality chiropractic care to relieve pain, improve alignment, and promote overall well-being. Our prices are $75 for the initial visit, including the exam, and $50 for subsequent visits.
