We are located at 4651 Richland Plaza Dr. Bloomington, IN 47404, and our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We also have extended hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
