During pregnancy, the body undergoes numerous changes, and specific and gentle adjustments, like the Webster Technique, can help keep the nervous system interference-free. This can alleviate common discomforts such as heartburn, nausea, pelvic discomfort, sciatica, and even help facilitate a smoother labor process. Dr. Claire, our certified Webster Technique practitioner, is here to support and care for you throughout your pregnancy journey.
