Dr. Nick Hellenbrand
Born and raised in Middleton, Wisconsin, Dr. Nick Hellenbrand's first experience with chiropractic care came at the age of 17 when he injured himself shoveling snow. This experience sparked a deep interest in the power of chiropractic care, leading him to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
After working for a successful multi-doctor chiropractic clinic in Milwaukee for two years, Dr. Nick decided to return to the Madison area to serve the community he grew up in. He and Dr. Sara founded Hellenbrand Rabideaux Chiropractic in 2012, and he has since been dedicated to providing top-notch chiropractic care and wellness services to the Waunakee community.
In his free time, Dr. Nick enjoys outdoor activities, spending quality time with his family, which includes his wife, Dani, seven dogs, and five chickens, and participating in softball and volleyball leagues.
Dr. Sara Rabideaux
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Dr. Sara Rabideaux is proud to serve the communities that have shaped her into the person she is today. Dr. Sara has a strong background in softball and has a special interest in working with athletes. She has a large family with fifteen brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews. She has a special interest in working with children and families.
Dr. Sara earned her Bachelor's degree in pre-chiropractic studies from Ripon College and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she met Dr. Nick. She has a strong commitment to working with families and children and has additional training in chiropractic care for infants and children.
