Our Story

Our journey began when Dr. Chris and Dr. Pamela met while studying organic chemistry at a university back in their hometown of Michigan. They discovered a shared passion for chiropractic care and went on to attend Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia. Married during their chiropractic studies, they welcomed their first daughter, Alana, just before graduation. After completing their education, they moved to California to establish their practice, Lifestyle Chiropractic, in Castro Valley in 1986.

Over the years, we have grown to become a renowned chiropractic clinic, proudly serving our community and beyond. Our daughters, Caitlyn and Taylor, have also joined the family business, making chiropractic truly a family affair at Lifestyle Chiropractic.
