Stages of Healing

• Fibroblastic/repair stage: During this phase, scar tissue begins to form, connecting damaged soft tissues. Manipulation and mobilization techniques can help restore range of motion and reduce scar tissue adhesions.
• Remodeling stage: This final stage involves reorganizing scar tissue and promoting a full recovery. Active care, including exercises and stretches, can enhance the healing process.
