Dr. Garrett's journey began with a strong foundation in pre-chiropractic education at Chabot College in the San Francisco Bay Area and later at Life Chiropractic College-West in San Lorenzo, CA. After graduating in 1987, he relocated to Arizona to establish his practice in the Phoenix metro area. Dr. Garrett's holistic approach focuses on identifying the root cause of health issues, rather than just treating symptoms.
