Meet Dr. Mark Workman
Dr. Workman is a 2003 graduate of Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Health Management from Luther College. With extensive experience in neuromuscular conditions and soft-tissue injuries, Dr. Workman has had the privilege of serving as a chiropractor for Campbell University Athletics, various running groups, and TRImyCoach Triathletes.
As a dedicated and compassionate healthcare provider, Dr. Workman's focus is on improving the overall health and wellness of his patients through the application of various techniques, including manual and low-force adjusting, trigger point therapy, physical therapy modalities, stability strengthening, and resistive exercises. His expertise in GRASTON TECHNIQUE and FAKTR-PM enables him to detect and treat adhesions and restrictive scar tissue.
