About Us

Dr. Helena Grant was born and raised in the Netherlands. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College (Massachusetts) in 1974. She worked for a publishing company and was married in the Boston area. After the birth of her first child, Dr. Grant started studying nutrition for a healthy pregnancy and baby. However, after her daughter learned to crawl, she fell down the stairs, misaligning her upper spine and causing ear infections. After experiencing the transformative power of chiropractic care, Dr. Grant was inspired to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine.

Our office is conveniently located at 63 Pleasant Street, suite 311, Watertown, MA 02472. We are open five days a week, including Saturdays, with extended hours to accommodate your schedule.
