This helps to reduce torsion in the uterus, allowing for optimal fetal positioning in preparation for birth.

Our Team

• Dr. Kristin Marchman: Dr. Marchman, the founder of Essential Wellness, grew up in Ohio with a fascination for the human body. She suffered from migraine headaches throughout high school, which led her to seek out chiropractic care. After experiencing the incredible impact of chiropractic care on her own health, she knew she had found her calling. Dr. Marchman graduated from Ohio Northern University and went on to attend Life University, where she graduated Cum Laude. She has been practicing chiropractic care for over 12 years and is dedicated to providing optimal health to her patients through chiropractic care.
• Dr. Crystal Brown: Dr. Brown has a deep passion for working with families and promoting health, wellness, and chiropractic as important dynamics in the family lifestyle. She is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnant women, as well as being certified by the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP). Dr. Brown lives in Atlanta with her two sons, Alex and Robi.
